Embroidered Plum Gharara Suit

This is a stunning 3-piece Eastern outfit in a beautiful Gharara style, done in a rich Plum color, perfect for festive occasions, weddings, or semi-formal events. The set includes a top (shirt), bottom (gharara trouser), and dupatta, each crafted from different premium fabrics to give the outfit a luxurious, layered feel.

Fabric Breakdown

Embroidery & Design Details

Here's a simple breakdown of what's embroidered and where:

The front of the shirt has beautiful embroidery combined with Adda work (a hand-embroidery technique using a hook, giving a raised, detailed finish) on dyed chiffon fabric, covering about 1 meter.
The front neckline also has matching embroidery with Adda work for a polished look around the collar area.
The sleeves are embroidered as well and made from dyed chiffon, each measuring 26 inches long.
The back of the shirt is kept in plain dyed chiffon fabric, measuring 1.25 meters, to balance out the embroidered front.
There's a decorative embroidered border (called "Patti") running along the front, back, and sleeves, totaling 2.50 meters; this adds a finished, tailored edge to the outfit.
Another embroidered border trim (4 meters total) is used across the sleeves, trousers, and the dupatta's pallu (the decorative end piece of the dupatta that drapes over the shoulder), tying the whole look together.
A dyed inner shirt/lining (2.25 meters) is included underneath the sheer chiffon shirt for modesty and comfort, since chiffon is a lightweight, semi-see-through fabric.
